Hello! We have Little Rock Horse and Carriage Company (Little Rock, Arkansas) and only use Belgian Draft horses; while searching on-line for horses and trailers I found a Belgian gelding in Lyndon, WA, who needs a home; the horse, Chris, is lame and will not be able to pull again; and, since the owner cannot continue using him as a wheel show horse (as he had for years) he will put Chris down; we would certainly welcome Chris at Belgian Meadows (our 200 acres of pasture with a 10 acre lake) however, we would have to get him here and paying for transport is out of the question; the owner offered no help; just checking to see what information you have for this situation
